At the Eye Associates of Winter Park, our patients come first. The Board-Certified Optometric Physicians at Eye Associates of Winter Park are committed to providing the highest level of professional, technologically-advanced eye care possible through the ongoing education of our patients, our staff and our eye doctors, while maintaining our personal, “family practice” attention to each patient.
We take great pride in our highly trained and professional staff, who are there to ensure that your eye care and eyewear needs are met and that our customer service exceeds your expectations. We hope that by doing so, our patients will feel a desire to refer their friends and family.
Our doctors provide comprehensive medical and routine preventative eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of all major non-surgical eye diseases and injuries, such as:
as well as other conditions of the eye, using the latest in diagnostic technology. We examine patients of all ages, from infants to centenarians, pediatrics to geriatrics.
We provide refractive surgery consultation and pre-operative testing for procedures such as LASIK, PRK, and Implantable Contact Lens (ICL). We also provide both pre- and post-operative care for our cataract patients.
Our optical boutique offers some of the most unique frames and lens choices in the area, with over 1000 spectacle frames to choose from right in the office. Our team of experienced opticians is committed to providing you with the finest quality, most advanced lens and frame technology available today, while at the same time making you look good, feel comfortable and see great!!
As contact lens specialists, our eye doctors prescribe contact lenses of all types, including disposable daily wear lenses, contact lenses for astigmatism, bifocal contact lenses, scleral contact lenses and contact lenses for Corneal Refractive Therapy (orthokeratology) that help reduce nearsightedness. We also prescribe contact lenses for patients with keratoconus, corneal scarring and distortion, post-RK, post-corneal transplant, and other corneal conditions.
To maintain healthy eyes and good vision, it is important to have an eye examination every one to three years, depending on your eye health and your systemic health (for example, children who wear glasses or contacts, patients over 55, and patients with such diseases and conditions as diabetes, glaucoma, retinal disease, and high myopia need annual exams.).
