Our front office staff is here to greet you with a smile, receive incoming calls, schedule patient appointments as well as answering or directing questions to the appropriate staff member.

With years of experience working with patients and their insurance carriers,  our insurance billing coordinators are here to assist you with your billing and insurance questions. They are extremely knowledgeable in determining the specifics of each patient’s coverage.

As a courtesy, our office files routine vision wellness claims and/or medical claims with the appropriate insurance company for our patients. We understand that medical insurance can be confusing and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your coverage.
